Game Like/Similar to Imperion : Orion’s Belt

The Orion’s Belt browser game is a great game very similar to Imperion. This game like Imperion is also a sci-fi browser game where you battle with your friends against other players. Like on Imperion, Orion’s Belt has 3 races that you can choose from: Utopians, a humans race; Renegaes, humans that took the dark path, and are now semi androids and Levyr, an insectoid race.

Each race has its own percs and traits and offers different gameplay. Similiar to Imperion, Orion’s Belt also has a great universe map representation, where you see your planets and fleets moving in a turn based way. The battles are the most different thing on Orion’s Belt. All the battles are placed on a chess variant. All the units that you build on your planets will be on your fleet for deploy on the board game. It’s the player with the best skills on the board that wins the matches.
