Finally after a great battle with reborned I reach the top of ladder classification. Was a really good battle, and wasn’t for the result, but for all the details that became very important as the battle was going on.

I was having a look at the ELO standings, saw that Ikkie was still on a no lost streak. Before I say how many wins without ANY losses, I want to point two things out.

-First the last person to hold the record, for most matches without any defeats was at 33/0, (i forget who it was be he is very handsome) good yea. but Ikkie has topped that, and is still going! I made 33 and 0 before alot of my opponents knew how to play well, that is not to say that i didn’t have any hard fights but it was more easy ones than hard ones, that brings me to my second point.

-Players like Reborned (current number #1 in ladder) Nunos, Mawhrin-Skel, Firiten, and myself(to name a few) have been playing this battle system for a long time. Nunos has been playing it for years! and Ikkie just for 126 days… He may not have played all the top level players yet but he has played some them (and alot of other players) and have not lost to anyone!!

So what is Ikkie’s record for ELO games without any losses? 38 and 0… Great Job Ikkie. I hope you keep this undefeated recorded going… that is until we fight in tournament play.

You may add battles to posts to analyze them (example). To do so you need to choose a finished battle. Each battle has an URL like this one:

If you change the page name to Embedded, you’ll get a simplified view of the page:

http://s1.orionsbelt.eu/Battle/Embedded.aspx?Id=3877087

Now you just need to incorporate that simplified view on a post. To do that, go to the HTML view of the write post window and write something like:

This will show the battle on the post. Another way is just to copy the source of the embedded page and paste it to a new HTML file. The HTML source has all the moves information inside. Then you could upload that file to the blog using the Add Media option. This has several advantages: the battle is now static, doesn’t depend on the server being up and won’t consume server’s resources. On my example I did just that:

But if you’re not comfortable with this option go ahead with the direct reference.

EDIT: It seams that you many not insert iframe’s due to security issues. A workaround is using the following tag:

[ iframe url width height ]

For example, the next code:

As you may see, the authors have an associated avatar. This avatar is showed using the Gravatar’s service. To personalize your avatar you should register at that site, configure your image, and then use that same mail on the your gazette’s profile.

Also, don’t forget to add your bio, this way at the end of your posts you’ll have something about yourself. Here’s an example.

We always had players writing stories and chronicles on the forum or on blogs. The Gazette aims to gather all that information on one place. In here you’ll be able to share your game experiences and read about other player’s experiences also.

To begin you must register yourself on this blog by going to the administration section. Then contact us and we’ll give you a subscriber role, and you’ll be able to write.

Note that the Gazette only prints stories on the context of Orion’s Belt. You may:

• Post/discuss/comment battles
• Share tips and tutorials
• Analise units, combos, etc
• Post your war log, alliance diplomacy, current state of warfare, etc

After registering, you should create a post with an introduction about yourself, under the authors category. You may also fill in Biographical Info the on your  profile page. This info will be shown on every post you make.
