The Journey of the Mighty Queen

I’ve been building up a master fleet to attack my enemies on the Relic Wars. I had a Queen and I spent a couple of weeks building the following fleet:

• ~550 Spider; 1550 Worm; 200 Stinger; 105 Heavy Seeker;  350 Seeker; 70 Raptor; 36 Eagle; 35 Vector and of course: the Queen

This is a very powerful fleet, even more powerful at my hands. As you can imagine, I bought at the auction house the Vector, Eagle and Raptor, to balance the fleet (considering Levyr weaknesses). They were supposed to give me the zone control I needed to open ways for all the raw power that I had.

When I started to move it, I made the error of bragging about it to an admiral of Death Squadron. I said to him that this fleet was unbeatable, no one could win against it, or at least I tought so. Death Squadron are a really organized alliance and they played very well their cards against my super fleet. First, they detected it under their radar when I was a system way from their relic. They started a combat with a dummy fleet to check me out. Then they gave up and fired a Devastation on my Queen. I suffered losses, but I had so many units that my Queen was still very strong.

Then they allocated one of their renegade warriors to battle my fleet face to face. This warrior attacked me with the following units:

• 53 Kamikaze; 300 Toxic; 137  Vector; 84 Doomer; 1100 Anubis; 550 Dark Crusader

This was a remarkable fleet. Many combat units were lost on this epic battle. I won the battle but with heavy losses. The most important one was the loss of my Queen. At the end of the match I had left:

• 378 Stinger; 432 Spider; 1300Worm

All the rest was lost. I tought about going back to my hot zone and rebuild, but I was attacked the next instance by this fleet:

• 1 Queen; 169 HiveProtector; 1201 Worm; 150 Heavy Seeker; 40 Interceptor; 40 Spider; 400 Seeker

Wow… Some heavy power on this Levyr brother. Without light units to use as cannon fodder I had quite the challenge. I didn’t think I’d make it, because my opponent could easilly bring to life many Maggots that would destroy me. I used Worms as cannon fodder and the fight was balanced until my opponent made a mistake, and then run away. Even so I lost againt many units, and at the end of the battle I was left with:

• 681 Worm; 268 Spider;  278 Singer

At this point I was able to retreat to my private zone. I could hunt down his queen, but my fleet was already very fragile, so I choose to go back and rebuild it. This epic journey was very cool and taught me one thing: no matter how strong is your fleet, it can be taken down! No stronger player can win against a well organized alliance.

1. How did you lose your queen? 0.o I thought it would only be destroyed after you lost all units in the fleet…

2. The Queen is a unit like the others, it can be attacked and it has hit points. My opponent attacked it several times with Dark Crusaders without me noticing it and kill it.

3. Nice move, well I know it has hit points but it has really alot of them, 1M to be exact Really well thought off by your opponent.

   We can see the top players by military strength, and you’re on the top list, but there are several players more powerful than you!

10. Again after big battles resources should be collected. You had a great fleet and was able to beat many other large fleets this should earn you resources in return.

16. Yes… I also hear a lot of ALPHA stories… oh no, wait! They got their asses kicked by the SL and are still hidden on their private zones…

    Danceman, have you seen how a single Admiral from the SL can bring so much damage to your alliance? We should talk about a NAP.

18. lol gets your facts straight, you sneak attacked us and you’ve never attacked me, I wonder why? too scared? I can go out and crush power or stone, cause their weaker then you does that make me stronger? attacking firiten who had 6 relics at one time, uhh your such bad asses lmao woo we got a level 7 devastation I already had one before. again I wait to see, tired of listening…

19. We attacked your alliance, not member A or B. It’s not our fault that you put only one member defending the relics. I’d attack you id I’d gain something from it. But you are always hidden on your private zone. No harm there, I accept your choices.

    System Lords is an alliance that has been on heavy battle for a VERY long time, and we still persist. All alliances are against us and we have even faced several at the same time. We are the Spartans of Orion’s Belt!

20. nope you attacked firiten! my relic, did you attacked it? and after I got another one and firiten, you’ve only met defeat and runned away to your private zones, not the other way around, your nothing without your sneaky and cowered attacks! Spartans are fierce warriors not coward plotters… and we can prolong this piss fight for as long as you want xD as to heavy battles, you we’re still plotting in your pz while me and punisher were battling with huge fleets…

21. System Lords got 8 relics at a time. If that’s hiding on our private zones..

23. You had all that relics on a peace time, no war was going on. On the other hand we conquered most of our 8 relics, may from your alliance. After that no more ALPHA was seen… and we fight against Deat Squadron, Corsários, Prophets, and so on and so on.

    If you want, we can agree on a NAP, this way you can leave your private zones without fearing the powerful System Lords.

24. no war? LOL again you were so out of what was going on, you only came to the game after everyone was battling already! Truth be said it’s our fault, cause no one attacked you, but then you turn out cowards, no matter. after war started with POTR you went running to DS for a NAP and after war with DS started you asked for a NAP with us, why, so powerfull are you? so dont come talking about running and hidding, your actions speak for you.

25. LOL Death to all that oppose us. The Death Squadron Empire WILL grow. Yes the System Lords are powerful but we are many more and growing everyday.
